1- How I cancel my subscription? On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, please do the next: 1- Go to Settings > your name > iTunes & App Store. 2- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. 3- Tap View Apple ID. 4- Tap Subscriptions. 5- Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 6- Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
2- How to install YorkieMojis Keyboard? For yorkiemojis to work properly, you need apart to installing the app, allow full access. For this please do the next: 1-Download YorkieMojis from the App Store 2- Go to your device Settings 3-Tap on General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard... > and Tap over YorkieMojis keyboard 4-Now your keyboard has been added, please tap over "YorkieMojis" at Keybaords menu, and allow full access 5-Now please go to Messages over your device and hold the "globe button" at the botton left until keyboard options appear. 6-Select YorkieMojis, now you're able to enjoy YorkieMojis!

5- Why I am not able to use YorkieMojis at Facebook? Currently, yorkiemojis work at facebook for Messenger and Comments in posts, however if you try to use it at your own posts you will not be able to it.
6- How do I use YorkieMojis on Facebook Messenger? 1- Please make sure you Installed properly YorkieMojis Keyboard. For this go to Messages, select YorkieMojis keyboard and make sure you are able to copy-paste our emojis by tapping the ones you like, and pasting them on your messages. 2- Once you are sure YorkieMojis was installed properly, go to Messenger 3-Tap over "Tap a message.." 4-Tap over the "globe button" at the bottom left corner 5-Tap over the yorkie emoji you want to send and paste it over the writing bar 6-Tap over "Send Photo" 7- Wallaaa Woof Woof!
7- Why I am not able to use YorkieMojis at Instagram? Currently, Yorkiemojis does not work on instagram, we have planned to integrate this on a future update ;)
8- Since I updated my app, I can not use the YorkieMojis that I purchased. How do I solve this? If you just updated YorkieMojis and you're not able to see the YorkieMojis we just purchased, please scroll to the bottom of the Shop page at YorkieMojis and tap over the "Restore Yorkies" button. This will allow you to use all the emojis you had on the previous version.

9- How do I get a refund for my app purchase or in-app purchase? 1-Launch "Mail" from your device Home screen. 2- Search for "Your receipt from Apple" if it's not immediately visible. 3- Tap on the receipt for the purchase your want refunded. (Unless you remember the date, there's no way to tell which receipt is which unless you tap it to open it, so you might end up tapping a lot...) 4- Tap "Report a Problem" next to the purchase you want to report. You will be redirected to Apple's problem reports page. 5- Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted. 6-Tap "Choose Problem" and select a problem from the menu. 7- Enter details for your problem, then tap "Submit" 8- You should hear back from Apple within a few days to a week with whether your request for a refund is approved.
